Soap dishes
Dishwasher Bosch SPV40M20RU/38. Not even a month has passed since the purchase. Cleans dishes from food well. But when I take the dishes with wet hands, they are somehow slippery or something. It feels like the soap doesn’t wash off well. The arrangement of dishes seems to be correct. We use Finish 3 in 1 tablets. We do not add salt since the water in St. Petersburg is soft. Tested with and without rinse aid. The same result - the dishes have to be rinsed by hand. It’s a shame somehow. When I open the dishwasher door after washing, there are soapy streaks of water on the door. What can be done? Help with advice please! Some disorders

Re: Soap dishes
Apparently the pills were fake. Have you tried washing without tablets at all? There is a difference?

I have the same problem, with the same tablets, I need to replace the detergent, maybe with tablets from a different brand.

Re: Soap dishes
If the region has very soft water, then why use 3-in-1 tablets containing salt and rinse aid?

Re: Soap dishes
I agree, I live in St. Petersburg, I don’t use salt or mouthwash, the tablets are only eco, it cleans everything perfectly, there’s no soapiness, there’s no smell, there’s no periodic table in the tablets either, there haven’t been any problems since 2018

Re: Soap dishes
We have the same problem, either we don’t know how to use it, or the control unit is faulty.
We just bought a car, the dishes are soapy after washing. And as luck would have it, the latest models do not have an additional rinse.
Such a disappointment, there are no words, the device is expensive, but with such twists. Moreover, at work we have the cheapest Kandy, there is no such problem at all.
We tried the 1 hour program (which washes at 65C), Eco, Auto - the last two both on their own and with the addition of the Speed Perfect function.
We have already used the tablets that were given as a gift finish quantum - frankly soapy dishes. At work I took Proclan tablets, from a whole one - soapy dishes, from half - not so soapy (at work we put half of them). Now I’m trying finish classic powder, the recommended dosage is 40 g, I used 25 g and 20 g, it’s even less soapy, it’s already tolerable, but still, after washing with running water, the difference is obvious...
Another nuance, if somewhere There is water left - there are drops in the bottom or behind the rim they are very soapy. Again, if you compare it with a dishwasher at work, all the water left in small quantities is always clean.
Our water is very soft 0.8-1.1 (who knows from St. Petersburg), so the softening function is disabled ( checked the table from the instructions), salt we do not use.
The finish rinse aid is set to r02. We didn’t start using it right away, the first two washes, we simply turned off its use.
Now I want to try tablets or BioMio (we always wash dishes with their gel. It washes off well), or Sinergetic or something else "eco". But I didn’t really want the pills, since it’s difficult to change the dosage with them. In general, there is a feeling that something is not working correctly when rinsing...
